The Police Training Institute (PTI) in Doha celebrated the convocation ceremony of the "First Drug Investigator Course for Officers and Petty Officers" on last Thursday, 4/2/2010 at PTI premise. The course with participation of 20 MoI staff held in the police training institute between 10/1/2010 – 4/2/2010 and was conducted in association with French police.

Brig. Muhammed Hasan Yousuf Al Sai, Director of PTI, Allen Bulkier, First advisor and Charge de affairs at French embassy in Doha, Col. Ibraheem Eisa Al Buainain, Director of Drugs Prevention department and Lt. Col. John Casafey Ronar, Security attaché in the French embassy in Doha attended the convocation ceremony.

Talking in the ceremony, Lt. Col. John said "This course has been conducted to strengthen the creative cooperation between two countries and the visit between two countries has helped for expanding coordination and cooperation in this field".

The course was conducted to improve and develop the knowledge of the MOI staff in the field of investigation related to drug issues.
