Articles that send the violator to the court
  THE CHARGE JUDGMENT
(37/1) Driving a vehicle in a way that exposes people’s lives or priorities into danger. Jailing not more than 6 months, and not less than a month, besides the penalty of which cost not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR, or one of the punishments.
(37/2) Having or trying to get a new driving license while the original one was repealed without telling informing about it. Jailing not more than 6 months, and not less than a month, besides the penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR, or one of the punishments.
(38) 1.Confusing drive under drugs or alcoholic drinks effect. Jailing not more than 6 months, and not less than a month, besides the penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR, or one of the punishments.
  2.Trying to escape after causing an accident, or after a police order to stop. Jailing not more than 6 months, and not less than a month, besides the penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR, or one of the punishments.
(39) 1.Not informing the police about an accident. Jailing not more than 6 months, and not less than a month, besides the penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR, or one of the punishments.
  2.Not giving the police the names and the addresses of both the driver and the owner of the vehicle that caused the accident.  Jailing not more than 6 months, and not less than a month, besides the penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR, or one of the punishments.
(58) 1.Not getting a permission from the intended authority for doing constructions, wrecking, maintenance, or drilling, that cause traffic problems and accidents to people. Jailing not more than 6 months or less than a month, besides the penalty of not more than 12000 QR and not less than 6000 QR, or one of the punishments.
  2.Not fixing warning signs in working sites, and non compliance with the orders and directions from Traffic Administration. Jailing not more than 6 months or less than a month, besides the penalty that cost not more than 12000 QR and not less than 6000 QR, or one of the punishments
  3.Not cleaning the waste and scraps immediately after finishing permitted works. Jailing not more than 6 months or less than a month, besides the penalty of not more than 12000 QR and not less than 6000 QR, or one of the punishments
(61) 1.Refusing to give the name and the address of the driver who committed any violation, or giving false information by the owner of the car. Jailing not more than 6 month and not less than a month, besides penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR or one of the punishments.
(62) 1.Arranging car or motorcycle or pedestrian races on the road without having a permission from the intended authority. Jailing not more than 6 months and not less than a months, besides penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR or one of the punishments.
  2.Giving no guarantee to the authorities in case that the race might cause any harm to the people or their properties. Jailing not more than 6 months and not less than a month, besides penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR or one of the punishments.
(63) 1.Acting against the traditions and morals or allowing that inside the car. Jailing not more than 6 months and not less than a month, besides penalty of not more than 6000 QR and not less than 1000 QR or one of the punishments.
 
Caution
(73) Apart from all the contraventions in this law, the car license will not be renewed until the owner has paid all delayed license fees plus 1 QR penalty for each day delayed.
(74) These penalties should be paid by the violator according to this law within 30 days from announcing it. and for any delaying after that the penalty will be increased by 10 % monthly.
